Steve took these just after the worst of the hailstorm calmed down last night. There was lightning long after the worst of the weather was over. Steve and I were supposed to do a 5 km fun run last night (my first one!), and after fighting through traffic to get to the Botanical Gardens downtown, we found out it had been canceled because of the storm. I'm thinking that was a good decision...could have made for a very wet and crazy fun run!
