Pick something fantastical or mythological. It doesn't matter if its realistic, because this is for kids right? It's all about the imagination.

when I grow up I want to be a dinosaur, or a astronaut or fireman/woman, or a sea captain. Just try to think of what a child would answer. Maybe you can find a thread on the world wide web about what kids want to be when they grow up.
I wanted to be a superhero so I could have superhero power!!!
Now that I am grown up I think I would want to be a carefree kid again. I would be pippy longstocking!!!
