Help please!
Can anyone share a really good salsa recipe pretty please? I just tried making one I found on the internet and it's total crap and I'm dying to find a good one. I don't know what it is lately but I'm craving Mexican food all.the.time. I've had tacos 3 times in the last week, restaurant nachos and now all I can think about is homemade salsa! So, seriously, pleeeeeease send me your recipes!:)

Salsa
3 big tomatoes diced
1 onion finely chopped
1 clove garlic finely chopped
1/2 lime's worth of juice (adjust to taste)
1/4 bunch of coriander finely chopped (including stalks, that's where the flavour is)
A few olives roughly chopped
Jalapeno finely chopped to taste
Salt to taste
Combine ingredients and let sit. It gets tastier with time as the flavours meld.
thanks kate! that sounds yummy!:)
Cravings? Hmmm! I wonder....
3-4 big tomatoes
1 onion
1-2 green chiles or jalapeƱos
a bunch of coriander (like a handful)
1 lime (juice)
salt & pepper
Grill the tomatoes, onion and chiles on the BBQ until blackened. Then put them in a plastic bag to make them sweat so you can remove the skin of the tomatoes and chiles.
Once you removed the skin, put everything in a blender or food processor, add the lime of the lime juice, the bunch of coriander and a little bit of water (not much).
When you blend it try to leave it chunky and depending on how thick it is you can add more water.
Add salt & pepper to taste.
And this recipe comes directly from a mexican!! (MOI!) =) ENJOY!!

I'm with anonymous. Any interest in drinking a root beer is better than a pregnancy test for me.
I was going to offer Rej's mum cooked salsa recipe (requires lots of cilantro), but I see you have a recipe from Mariana, so you are all set!
Last time I craved Mexican foods and couldn't get enough of it, I was preggers...
