I'm definitely back on track with my eating this week and feeling much better because of it. However, I really, really, really want to make this, only I want to make it as cupcakes with lots of cream cheese icing. Then I want to eat about 3 of them while watching My Sister's Keeper, which I had Steve download for me, even though I know it's probably going to leave me an emotional basket case. I can think of at least a dozen special ladies that I'd love to have join me for such a girls night and I miss every single one of them insanely at this moment. Why oh why do we all have to live so far apart? Cause, let's be honest, sometimes, like right now, that just stinks. Missing you. xoxo

Can't ya just taste it???

Ok, if you are living on chicken soup and veges, why would you torture yourself with pictures of cake? But may I suggest you have a few cupcakes handy for your movie. Maybe next week.

Is that cake on a milk glass cake plate? Would you like me to choose you a piece of milk glass from Geoff's mothers collection before it is all sold. Sad you know, selling off ones whole life to strangers. Oh, and we miss you too, same as always.

Carol, I would love to have a piece of the collection! I love milk glass and it would be nice to have a piece of something that belonged to geoff's mom...I have a lot of memories of her from when I was a kid. I'll try to call you again this weekend, hopefully we will finally get to chat!!!
